*Terms and Conditions of Sale & Purchase*
1. General Overview
This agreement governs the sale and purchase of pre-owned vehicles between JAI BAJRANGBALI MOTORS (the "Seller") and the Customer (the "Buyer"). By signing a sales agreement or paying a deposit, the Buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Vehicle Condition & "As-Is" Status
Pre-Owned Nature: The Buyer acknowledges that the vehicle is used and may show signs of wear, tear, and previous repairs consistent with its age and mileage.
Inspection: The Buyer is strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle or have it inspected by a third-party mechanic prior to purchase.
Representation: Unless otherwise stated in writing, vehicles are sold "As-Is", without any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is mandated by local law.
3. Pricing and Payments
Total Price: The final price includes the vehicle cost, applicable taxes, and doc fees. It does not include future registration or insurance unless specified.
Deposits: Any deposit paid to "hold" a vehicle is [Non-Refundable / Refundable for 3 days].
Payment Methods: We accept [Bank Transfer, Certified Check, Credit Card—specify limits]. Full payment must be cleared before the vehicle is released.
4. Title and Risk of Loss
Transfer of Ownership: Ownership passes to the Buyer only once full payment is received.
Risk: The risk of loss or damage to the vehicle passes to the Buyer the moment they take physical possession or the vehicle leaves the Seller's premises.
5. Warranty and Returns
Limited Warranty: No warranty provided.
Return Policy: We offer a 3day/50km return policy subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
6. Buyer Obligations
Insurance: The Buyer must provide proof of valid insurance before driving the vehicle off the lot.
Registration: The Buyer is responsible for registering the vehicle with the local transport authority within 15 days of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability:
JAI BAJRANGBALI MOTORS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or towing fees) arising from the use or failure of the vehicle after the sale.
8. Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.
